While we always strive to provide the best service on all levels, we´re only human and there are occasions when things don´t go exactly to plan. For your peace of mind, we strictly abide by a code of conduct set by the British Promotional Merchandise Association, and in the event of any arising problems with your order, will do all in our power to rectify them...

Refunds & Returns

"Branded Promo Gift" and "Promo Gifts Ltd" guarantees the quality of all its products, which pass through stringent quality checks before being shipped to you.

We have a 10 day policy from the date of receipt of order to report any issues or abnormalities with the product or branding. We will reserve you the right to return the product in the event of damage caused during shipment and offer subsequent repair, replacement or credit. In each case, if found in poor condition, but through no fault of our own, or that the damage was caused by improper use by the recipient, no refund or return shall be given.

Engraving/Embossing/Stress Items

Due to the nature of alloys we cannot guarantee the colour of the engraved surface for every item in a single order.

Price

Our prices are valid for 30 days from the date of each quotation.

Our prices always include the digital mock-up, set-up and origination costs, printing, and delivery to one (1) UK mainland address*.

Our prices are subject to VAT (20%).

Quotations for USB memory sticks are subject to change on a weekly basis, due to market fluctuation.

Method of Payment

Payment cannot be made through our website. We will never ask for your bank details or credit card details through this medium. Once you have confirmed your order with our sales department we will raise an invoice and provide you with payment details.

The usual payment procedure is:
50% upon confirmation of order.
50% on receipt of goods.

Forms of payment we accept:

  • BACS

  • PayPal**

**Please note that with payment via PayPal, there is an additional charge of 3% of the total order amount, including taxes and other expenses.

Delivery

Delivery time varies depending on the selected item, its availability, and current workload in our print facility at the time of placing your order. We generally ask for 10 working days from confirmation of artwork, unless otherwise advised, but if you have any urgent delivery needs, depending on the item and our production line, we can sometimes fulfill orders in a matter of days. Failing this possibility we can provide an express service, at an additional cost. We are happy to adapt to your requirements, and rest assured we will always be transparent, keeping you updated throughout, from the initial enquiry to the final delivered product.

Carriage to one UK mainland address is always included in our quotations.

For deliveries outside the UK and NI – Stated rates will apply*.

Deliveries within the EU only*.

Privacy & Data Protection

All data provided by you will become part of a file owned by PROMO GIFTS LTD, whose purpose is to maintain contact with you according to the Organic Law 15/1999. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and, where appropriate, opposition by sending a written request accompanied by a photocopy of your passport to James Marcroft at Promo Gifts Ltd, The Granary, Flanchford Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 8QX, United Kingdom.

However, here are some responses to other common questions that may arise:
 

  • Can I see how the product will appear with my logo? When your order has been processed you will receive a digital proof for approval, where the item appears with the logo in place indicating its actual size, colour and branding. We will never print any item without your confirmation first.

  • Can I order samples? Of course, simply send an e-mail to sales@brandedpromogift.com with your request. Some samples are provided FOC. Prior to shipping we will inform you of any costs involved.

 

  • Can I receive an e-mail quote before confirming the order? With every enquiry we will send you an e-mail highlighting a breakdown of your order and related costs, with the total price, including shipping and printing costs, plus VAT (20%).

  • What format should I provide my artwork/logo? Please supply your logo as a editable vector based file (EPS, Ai or PDF file format). If you do not have your artwork in this format we are able to redraw your logo at an additional cost. If you are not familiar with a vector logo, the person who originally designed your logo should be able to provide you with the file we need.

  • What is the cost of transport? The cost of transport, to your shipping address, will vary depending on weight and destination. We have our trusted logistics agencies and delivery charges are always included in our quotations. However, if you wish you can arrange collection via your designated transportation agency at your own expense.
